All our volunteers that contribute to service delivery have completed Changes’ accredited training course. The course runs twice a year and is accredited at Levels 2 and 3 by the Open College Network West Midlands. The course is free and travel expenses may be claimed.

2:3 Health & Safety

2:4 Types of Mental Health Problems

2:5 A Recovery Programme Approach to Mental Health

Unit 3: Practical Meeting Skills

(Level 3: 3 Credits)


3:1 Assertiveness Skills

3:2 Motivation Skills

3:3 Interpersonal Skills

3:4 People and Group Management Skills

Unit 4: Practical Applications of Coordinator Skills /
Knowledge (Level 3: 6 Credits)


4:1 Applying the Recovery Programme
